Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US holidays.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery within the US usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they can run longer during the holidays.

Shipping rates
- Standard: free on orders of $70 or more, and $8 on orders under $70.
- Express: $15. Express speeds up delivery once your order ships; processing time stays the same.
Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Holiday orders
For the best chance of delivery by December 24, we recommend ordering by December 10. Carriers are at their busiest in December, so earlier is better.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If the carrier confirms your package was lost before delivery, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
