his website, aureviacollective.store, is operated by Aurevia Collective ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

Our products
Each product page states the item's stone, metal and finish. Our moissanite and cubic zirconia stones are lab-created, and moissanite is its own gemstone, not a diamond. Gold-tone and white finishes are a layer of gold or rhodium bonded over the base metal named on the product page; they are not solid gold unless the product page says so. Product photos are enlarged to show detail and colors can look different on different screens, so please check the sizes listed on each product page.

Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product. If an item becomes unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, and we'll refund any payment for an order we cancel.

Shipping and returns
Shipping times, rates and lost packages are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after you've placed an order.

Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to Aurevia Collective or its content providers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or scrape, copy or resell its content.

Third-party services
This site uses and may link to services run by others, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
